Greetings

The subject of this blog is going to be extremely conservative Christians, especially Orthodox ones. "Hardcore" religion has always interested me and this way I can keep track of my findings. The title of the blog is a Dostoevsky quote. I use it under the context that people that live alternate life styles are slowly being pushed out of existence, but not yet! These people (imagine Amish, Orthodox Old Believers, monks, etc.) refuse to sing praises to the culture that is devouring them, and stand firm in the face of "progress." I will also discuss another interest and practice (though I usually fail) of mine, the Orthodox life style. I may also occasionally allow my self to delve into Western Christianity and I love the Western Rite.
