I was afraid someone would ask me that. It is certainly pre-Nikonian judging from the dress. I know it is from a cathedral in Moscow, but thats about it. Hopefully someone else will chime in. Thanks for commenting on my post about commenting!
That sounds right and would make perfect sense. It was one of those things I saw and immediately had to save onto my computer, but by the time I posted it a year later I had completely forgotten all about it.
